The New Mexico MLS is a robust REALTOR® entity with over 1,150 Participants, Subscribers and Users, Vendors, Boards, and Staff working together to accumulate and disseminate vital New Mexico housing and property data to our buyers and sellers. The New Mexico MLS engages a superior suite of services to enable our subscribers and users to facilitate the sale and purchase of property.

The New Mexico MLS is the #1 Data Steward in the state of New Mexico.  The New Mexico MLS provides data protection and preservation through data compliance and safekeeping.

The New Mexico MLS’s extensive database and award-winning software platform are used by our Participants, subscribers and brokers representing sellers under a listing contract and ultimately, buyers.  Brokers within the New Mexico MLS share information about real estate properties with other New Mexico MLS brokers who may represent potential buyers or wish to cooperate with a seller’s broker in finding a buyer for the property.

Incorporated since 1998, the New Mexico MLS is one of the top three MLSs in the state of New Mexico and the only New Mexico based MLS with statewide coverage of listing information.
 
The New Mexico MLS is comprised of seven member boards, which include:  Carlsbad, Clovis/Portales, Deming/Luna County, Gallup, Hobbs/Lovington, Las Vegas, Roswell, and Sierra County.  Other areas of service include:  Artesia, Clayton, Estancia, Glenwood, Grants, Guadalupita, Fence Lake, Fort Sumner, Jal, Logan, Lordsburg, Magdelena, Mora County, Pie Town, Raton, Reserve, Rociada, Springer, Tatum, Tucumcari, and Ute Lake.
