Step 1: Open your Internet Explorer browser.

 

Step 2: In the extreme upper right-hand corner look for a white gear shaped icon and click. A series of options will open in a drop down menu for you.

 

Step 3: Click on the item called "Internet Options" this will be the next to last icon in the drop down menu. This will open a small menu in the upper left corner of your screen.

 

Step 4: Staying on the tab marked "General" there will be an area near the bottom called "Browsing History" with an icon marked Delete and Setting, both shown as grey buttons.

 

Step 5: Click Delete, a new menu called "Delete browsing history" will appear with a series of items and a check box next to them. You will want to make sure that the "Preserve favorites website data" check box is unchecked, and that both the Temporary Internet Files and Website files, ad the Cookies and Website data boxes are checked.

 

Step 6: Click the delete button. When the task is finished, Internet Explorer will notify the job is complete via a yellow boarded window at the bottom of your screen mentioning that "Internet Explorer as finished clearing the browsing history" Please note, if you are logged in to any site requiring a login and password, Internet Explorer will Force you to log back in.

 

 

Step 1: Open your Firefox browser.

 

Step 2: In the Upper right corner of the screen, there should be three, thick Horizontal Black bars, click these bars and a menu will open.

 

Step 3: In the Drop down menu that appears an icon marked History will appear in the center, click this icon to open Firefox's history menu.

 

Step 4: Within this new window, there will be an item called "Clear recent history" (A quick way to access this can also be enable by pressing the CTRL+SHIFT+DEL keys on your keyboard at the same time).

 

Step 5: After completing Step 4, a window called "Clear all history" will appear with an area called "Time range to Clear" make sure this time frame is set to everything. There will also be an area called "Details" with an arrow beside it, clicking this arrow will open a sub window with a check list. Make sure Cookies and Cache are checked. Then hit Clear now.

 

Step 6: The Clear History window will vanish once Firefox has completed the process of clearing cache and cookies. You may have to log back in to any sites that require a login and password to gain access

Step 1: Open Chrome browser.

 

Step 2: On your Keyboard press both the CTRL and H Keys (Ctrl+H) to open the browsing History.

 

Step 3: At the top of the new window titled History, there will be a button marked "Clear browsing Data" Click this button.

 

Step 4: The Clear browsing Data window will have an option entitled "Obliterate the following items from," make sure it is set to "The beginning of time" as well as making sure that the two checkboxes for "Cookies and other site and plugin data" and "Cached images and files" are checked.

 

Step 5: Click on the clear browsing data icon in the lower left corner.

 

 

Step 1: Open your Safari browser.

Step 2: Click Safari > Empty Cache.

Step 3: Click Empty to delete the Safari cache.
